TEDxHonolulu is an open-source community event designed to inspire innovation, thought leadership, and visionary insights. TEDxHonolulu is independently organized by extraordinary individuals on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. These individuals are not hosting TEDxHonolulu for political reasons, monetary reward or personal gain. Rather, they are doing this because they truly believe in the power of ideas to change the world.

The vision for TEDxHonolulu

Independently organized TEDx events began as a grand experiment for TED in 2009. The program has been embraced with passion and dedication by hundreds — if not thousands — of volunteer communities across the planet. Please watch the TEDx video clip.

We are excited about the possibilities of what this could mean to you as partners. We encourage you to see TEDxHonolulu as an incubator for new ideas within your company. Partners should come to TEDxHonolulu events not only to present new ideas, but as learners — to learn from the community. Curate an opportunity for this community of thinkers, dreamers and visionaries to engage in a subject that is meaningful to you.
