Jasper Wong is an artist, illustrator, and curator. He is a man who wears many hats and best known for his art that is a unique clash of Asian-influenced pop culture on paper. Jasper is also the creator and lead director of POW WOW HAWAII, which is a non-profit organization of contemporary artists committed to community enrichment through the creation of art outreach programs, educational programs and engaging the community in the creation and appreciation of art.
Gaye Chan is a conceptual artist who is recognized equally for her solo and collaborative activities that take place on the web, in publications, streets as well as galleries. EATING IN PUBLIC was founded in 2003 in Hawaii by Gaye Chan and Nandita Sharma to implement systems of free anarchist autonomous exchange outside of the State and capitalist regimes.
